Acted for financial institutions and payment solutions companies in regulated acquisitions requiring SAMA no-objection certificates, advising on due diligence, acquisition documentation, and amendments to constitutional documents. Acted on the acquisition of SAMA-licensed fintech companies in the lending and refinancing sectors. Advised on cross-border ownership restructuring for major international companies, coordinating completion before the relevant Saudi governmental and regulatory bodies.

Regularly retained by companies listed on the Saudi Exchange to advise boards and senior management on governance matters, including board powers and authorities, shareholders rights, committee appointments, voting procedures, conflicts of interest, and compliance with the Companies Law and Capital Market Authority regulations.
